Cancellation & Modification Policy

- Cancellations made 22 days or more prior to arrival will not incur any penalty.
- Cancellations or modifications made between 21 and 15 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total reservation amount.
- Cancellations or modifications made 14 days or less prior to arrival, as well as no-shows, will incur a charge of 100% of the total reservation amount.
- All penalties are calculated based on the total value of the reservation.

Terms & Conditions

- The hotel check-in time is at 3:00 pm, and check-out time is at 12:00 pm.
- The full amount of the stay, including taxes, will be charged for early departures.
- Guests must vacate their room by the designated time to avoid an additional night's charge.
- Hotel Volcan Verde is not responsible for valuables left outside the room safe or for any damages to vehicles parked in the hotel's parking area.
- The hotel is authorized to charge the credit card on file for any unpaid consumption, damages, or missing inventory from the room.
- The guest assumes responsibility for all charges incurred by any occupants of the room.
- Due to the hotel’s natural location, Hotel Volcán Verde is not liable for insect, spider, or animal bites during the stay.
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in public areas, in accordance with the Costa Rican law no. 9028.
- A penalty of USD $150 per night will be applied for violations.
